At Aurielle Wear, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.


Returns

Please note that Aurielle Wear does not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and components must be included

  • The product must not show signs of excessive use or damage caused by the customer

  • Items where hygiene is important must be clean before being returned

Aurielle Wear reserves the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing components.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the return will be processed within 7 business days.


How to Request a Return

If your order meets the return conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@auriellewear.com

  2. Include the following information in your message:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return request

  • Customer full name

  • Customer shipping address

  • Photos of the product (required if the item is damaged)

After reviewing your request, our customer support team will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address.

Please do not send your return to the sender address on the package, as this is not our return facility.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


Withdrawal Period

Customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 30 days from the date the order is received.

To initiate a withdrawal request, please contact us via email with a clear statement indicating that you wish to return your order.

The withdrawal process is considered complete once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Times and International Returns

Aurielle Wear works with international suppliers and fulfillment partners. As a result, orders may sometimes be shipped from international warehouses.

If a return is approved, the product may need to be returned to our central fulfillment warehouse.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend keeping your shipping confirmation and tracking number so the return can be processed quickly.


Customs Duties and Import Fees

Returned packages may be subject to customs inspection or additional fees depending on the shipping carrier and country of origin.

Any customs duties, taxes, or handling charges related to returns are the responsibility of the customer. Aurielle Wear does not cover these costs.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Send an email to info@auriellewear.com and include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos showing the defect or damage

If the issue is confirmed to be caused during production or shipping, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement item or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.
